Coaches Thoughts-3 mini WOD’s are a great way to test different skills! The 2 min of double unders were great and I think everyone is improving on DU. Last weeks work on the dolphin kick seems to have helped and we saw lots of athletes using that skill today. Special recognition to Josh and Chris for their DU. Also Vanessa who got 136 in her first round, and 113 in the second. The cleans were a great way to work on speed but with low reps. We had quite a few athletes go up in weight from the 85% of 1 RM, which means that 1RM have gone up too. Jason A, Karmen and Susan rocked the cleans today with good form and more weight than they thought they could do.
