WOD:

In a Team complete the following For Time:

  • Row
  • Shuttle Run
  • Deadlift 225#/135#
  • Push Ups
  • Box Jumps
  • Burpee
  • Squats

* In a team complete the following exercises.  The total reps for ea. exercise is going to be detemined by the class size and at the coaches discretion.  There will be a minimum for each athlete to complete but everyone can be working at the same time, time stops when all reps are complete.

Coaches Thoughts:  Today was a great display of team and hard work.  The team WOD allowed for a great environment and allowed some people to get to know each other.  It was very interesting watching each session come up with a different game plan on approaching the WOD.  Over all everyone who came it did a great job today keep it up.
