  1. I have to admit…today was my first WOD since two Saturdays ago! Apparently being on vacation doesn’t motivate me to workout. It doesn’t help that I’ve had a sick kiddo too. So today I started with: AMRAP in 12 minutes of 5 burpees, 10 pushups, and 15 squats. I got 5 rounds then had to stop because of a crying daughter. I think I was at about 5.5 minutes in. Later this afternoon I did: 5 rounds of 25 pushups, 25 double leg bridge, and 25 situps. Time was 12:57. I’m glad I finally got a workout in, but I still feel guilty for not doing any sooner!

  2. It’s alright, everyone needs a vacation now and then. Plus I saw how many handstands you did on the trip so I doubt you were a complete slug! Welcome back and back to WOD’s. Hope your little one feels better. You coming Saturday?

  3. I’m still on vacation! We’re in the north Georgia mountains this week. (I did a WOD at the cabin.) We go to northern Alabama for the weekend and we will be back in the Denver area on Tuesday (I think). So, I won’t be in until probably next Saturday!
