Saturday/Sunday Schedule

Just a reminder that classes are cancelled tomorrow but Justin has offered to run open gym from 8:30 -10:30 if you want to get some work in.

If you are going in for open gym and would like a WOD to do here you go:

With a Partner Perform 10 Rds Each for total time:

  • 7 KB Swings 70/55
  • 3 Wall Climbs

*Partners will alternate rounds ie, athlete a performs 7 KB Swing and 3 Wall Climbs than athlete B performs 7 KB Swings and 3 Wall Climbs.  This equals 1 round each, once both athletes have completed a total of 10 rounds each time stops.

Also there is NO OPEN gym on Sunday!
