We received a promotional poster for Functional Fitness HQ several weeks ago to help promote Functional Fitness for Hope.  When we first opened the poster we couldn’t believe our eyes.  It was a animated picture of a nurse pull a train of wagon with sick kids hunched over a pretty much looking as if they were on they’re death beds.  Our first reaction was how on earth can they expect us to hang this up in the gym or hand it out.  In this video Coach Glassman discusses the reason for the poster, but more importantly this video is a great reminder for why we should all help.
