3 Rds for total reps:

  • Burpees
  • Power Snatch 75/55
  • Box Jumps
  • Thrusters 75/55
  • Chest to Bar Pull Ups
  • Rest

*Athletes will perform AMRAP in 1 minute at each station, at the conclusion of the given minute athletes will rotate to the following station.  Each round will have a minute rest period at the end of the 5 stations.
