In a Team of 2 Perfom the following for Time and Total Reps:

  • 50 Double Unders
  • AMRAP Step Ups with plate at chest 45#/25#
  • 50 Double Unders
  • AMRAP Renagade Row 30#/20#
  • 50 Double Unders
  • AMRAP Squat with plate at chest 45#/25#
  • 50 Double Unders
  • AMRAP Inverted Row

*While partner A is completing 50 double unders, partner B is performing the given AMRAP.  Once partner A completes double unders, partner B begins double unders and partner A begins AMRAP.  Add total reps completed.
