Open Gym During the Week?

Starting next week we will begin to offer open gym hours during the day.  The purpose for this will be to allow those athletes who have time available during the day to come in and work on things in addition to their normal training, such as strength or skill work.  In addition this will allow those athletes who on particular days may have a schedule conflict and can’t make the normal class WOD times.  There will be a coach present and will be available for questions and help but won’t treat this time like a class or personal training session. Furthermore the open gym time will not be meant for performing a bunch of random additional metcon workouts, this will lead to over training and will take away from the daily programming.  There is a method to our madness so more isn’t always better.  If you feel you need some additional work discuss it with the coach and they will help you. 

As of right now times for open gym will be from 9 am to 11 am, each week the days may change or rotate so stay toned to the website for weekly updates or announcements.  Next week we will start with Monday and Tuesday.  If you have any questions regarding this please let us know.
