Ok everyone the last two weeks we’ve been hitting it extremely hard, and we’re all pretty beat up.  Therefore this week we are going focus heavily on our mobility and range of motion.  Now don’t expect anything different, we’re going to hit each WOD extremely hard.  In addition to the WOD we are going to be doing a mobility WOD as well.  A little for warning though these WOD’s are going to be uncomfortable, but are meant to get us all better.

WOD:

Colorado Open Workout #2

6 Rds For Time:

  • Power Clean 165#/105#
  • 150 Meter Run

Mobility WOD:

  • Accumulate 10 mins of Squatting

    Total Time: 10:02 (would have been a 56th place finish in the WOD this weekend out of 86 competitors…1st place time was a smoking 5:32)

    Mobility WOD:
    Accumulate 10 mins of Squatting

    There was no goal to finish this mobility WOD in the fastest time possible, but of course that was my goal. Got all 600 seconds in the squat position in 725 seconds. First two breaks came after accumulating 150 seconds each time.
