Skill Work:

  • 4 x 3 ea Burgener Warm Up/Skill Transfer
  • Snatch Grip Pull
  • Snatch Grip High Pull
  • Muscle Snatch
  • OH Landing
  • OH Squat
  • Snatch Balance

* Increase weight each set, however don’t go to heavy.  Use this time for correcting snatch/clean movements.

    Shoulder felt surprisingly good. No pain on the clean, HSPUs were a bit iffy (pain versus stiffness), but overall the shoulder held up really well.

    Later in the morning:
    Hike Saint Mary’s Glacier (~5.25 miles) with my teammates from work, just under 3 hours for the round trip.
