    3 Rds For Time of:

    15 Hang Squat Snatch 75# (subbed single arm, DB hang squat snatch 30#)
    30 Squats
    60 Sit Ups

    Total Time: 15:06

    30# may have been a bit too light, didn’t break until round 3 (10-5). Sit-ups were the goat today though…3-4 minutes each round.
