A huge congrats goes out to all the Surge athletes who competed this weekend at Functional Fitness Conquer.  We had several athletes compete for the first time and a couple others compete for the second time.  Across the board everyone did an excellent job and I know both Court and myself couldn’t be more proud of all of you.  This competition was a great warm up event for those who are competing in the Colorado Open 1 month from now at Front Range Functional Fitness, but was also a great way for those who are not signed up to get a fun event under their belt.  All day long we could over hear the other athletes and spectators talking about not only how great you guys all performed but also what amazing people you all are as well.  We say it all the time but we’re extremely lucky to have all of you as part of our family and as your coaches we couldn’t be more proud.  In addition thank you to Mary, JD, David, Andy, Javier, Justin, Anna, Jeremy and Susan for all coming out and showing your support.  Also congrats to Mary and JD for their performances this weekend at the Anthem Triathlon, Mary had a personal best performance and JD surprise, surprise won the men’s category.
