Ok everyone the last two weeks we’ve been hitting it extremely hard, and we’re all pretty beat up. Therefore this week we are going focus heavily on our mobility and range of motion. Now don’t expect anything different, we’re going to hit each WOD extremely hard. In addition to the WOD we are going to be doing a mobility WOD as well. A little for warning though these WOD’s are going to be uncomfortable, but are meant to get us all better.
