Watch this video and try not to be inspired.   WOD: With a partner complete the following: 800 Meter Run AMRAP of: 10 Shoulder Press 10 Inverted Row 400 Meter Run AMRAP of: 10 Hip Bridge 10 Russian Twist 200 Meter Run AMRAP of: Handstand Push Ups * Partner #1 completes the running station while partner #2 completes the AMRAP, complete as many rounds or reps as possible till your partner returns from the run.  Once partner #1 returns, partner #2 performs the running station and partner #1 beginning the AMRAP.  Count total rounds and reps completed during WOD.
