B is for Benchmark Friday and …. here is your hint, you won’t need your running shoes!

Everyone has rocked this week, I know we have done a ton of pull ups…not to mention the knees to elbows and deadlift, so spend some time on a tennis ball this weekend and get all of that “junk” in your back broken up!


  • 20 Pull ups
  • 30 Push ups
  • 40 Sit- ups
  • 50 squats
