  • 800 Meter Run
  • AMRAP of:
  • 10 Shoulder Press
  • 10 Inverted Row
  • 400 Meter Run
  • AMRAP of:
  • 10 Hip Bridge
  • 10 Russian Twist
  • 200 Meter Run
  • AMRAP of:
  • Handstand Push Ups

* Partner #1 completes the running station while partner #2 completes the AMRAP, complete as many rounds or reps as possible till your partner returns from the run.  Once partner #1 returns, partner #2 performs the running station and partner #1 beginning the AMRAP.  Count total rounds and reps completed during WOD.
