We’re going to use today as a make up day. For those of you who have been able to make and perform all the test please feel free to use this day as a rest day, you’ve earned it. However, if you’re not going to be able to make it on Saturday please come in and perform the endurance portion of the testing.
Classes will be at normal times however, they will be in an open gym format. Therefore please let the coaches know which test or tests you’re coming in to make up. We will have an additional time open at 5 pm for tests as well. So the night classes will be 5 pm to 7 pm.

Clean: 135-155-185-215 (215 was kind of ugly compared to the rest)
Front Squat: 225-255-275-305 (only 2 reps at 305, 305 is a +5 PR compared to 1 RM)
Deadlift: 315-355-385-405
