Shoulder felt surprisingly good. No pain on the clean, HSPUs were a bit iffy (pain versus stiffness), but overall the shoulder held up really well.
Later in the morning:
Hike Saint Mary’s Glacier (~5.25 miles) with my teammates from work, just under 3 hours for the round trip.
