    For time:
    250 double unders, 4 burpee penalty for each miss

    Time: 15:33

    This was supposed to be 500 double unders, but man, they weren’t coming today. Only a handful of 30-40 strung together. For some reason kept catching the rope on my shorts leg and slamming the rope into my fourth and fifth knuckles. They are swollen purple now.

    Then I talked my dad into doing death by with me.

    Dad: Push-ups, 16 minutes, he didn’t want to start minute 17
    Me: Pull-ups, 11 minutes + 8 reps
