Saturday classes will be cancelled due to the Masters Competition being held at Front Range Functional Fitness on Saturday and Sunday.  Front Range Functional Fitness is located 1338 South Valentia St #182, Denver, Colorado 80247.  Lets get the who Surge Family out to represent and show as much support for our athletes as possible.  There are going to be 3 workouts tomorrow; two scheduled WOD’s and a floater WOD.  Athletes will be going throughout the day, the scheduled heat times are as follows:

• Christina – WOD 1 10:15, WOD 2 2:15
• Bobby –  WOD 1 1:15, WOD 2 3:15
• William – WOD 1 11:30, WOD 2 3:15
