Yesterday we had an amazing turnout, which provided the gym which some crazy energy. The enthusiasm you bring in your life is contagious. Remember we’re all tired, sore, or have some other reason not to come in and continue the hard work we’ve been putting in. Adversity can come in all shapes and sizes, and how you react to that adversity will be the biggest obstetrical to getting to where or what you want to be.
