  • 5 Hang Squat Clean 135/95 (comp 60-65% of 1 RM Clean)
  • 5 Parallette HSPU (x2 Hand Release Push Up)

*Athletes can choose the depth in which to use for the HSPU’s.  Choose a height that is going to challenge you.  If you can not perform HSPU using parallettes perform them off of plates.
