WOD:
6 Rds For Time:
- 1 Rope Climb (15 Supine Row)
- 15 Hand Release Push Up
- 20 Knee To Elbow
Coaches Thoughts! First WOD with a rope climb, yippee! Solid work was put in by everyone today and I think we can all agree that the rope climb was easy compared to 120 knees to elbows! Susan and David had the Rx’d times of the day and it was very obvious that having a solid rhythm of the knees to elbows is where the WOD was won or lost! Congrats to you both, you did awesome today. Notable mention goes to Jamie who’s K2E looked better than ever, JB who finally got the “feeling” of kipping back up immediately, and Nick for the all out effort of getting through the WOD with full range the whole time! Congrats to George and Nick for getting their first climb ever.
15;09, subbed straight leg raises on the capitan’s chair for k2e
Afromeatball=1 : Burpees=0. I win.
Congrats to David, Jason, and anyone else who finished the burpee challenge!!!

The rope climbs were great – I really like them (for now). 🙂
I second Karmen’s comment – congrats to everyone who finished the Burpee Challenge. Christmas did most of us in, but you all stuck with it!
