THIS SATURDAY SCHEDULE CHANGE!!

We will be having an 8:30 only class this Saturday and then doing a WOD at Red Rock after that. We are hoping the Red Rocks WOD will start @ 10:30, as long as we get out of the gym as soon as the 8:30 class is done! The weather is going to be nice so we want to give everyone a different option for a fun but challenging WOD off site!

 

Runnin of the Green St. Patty’s Day Run!

We are trying to keep the events coming for us all to get together and do fun events and this one looks like a TON of fun! It is a 7K and I think we should come up with great green costumes, and then enjoy a Sunday Treat meal together! Let me know when you get registered. Tell your friends too!
