Reminder Winter Storm Warning and Class:  Normally we adhere to the District 12 School Closure schedule.  However, since District 12 has already cancelled schools with out any snow falling.  We’re going to wait till morning to make the call on classes.  Please stay toned to the website to make sure if class is cancelled or not.

  • Front Squat 2-2-2-2-2
  • Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1

*Goal is to increase each set.

Additional:
  • 10 Minutes Mobility
