  • Rope Climb x 3-5 Ascents

WOD:

With a Partner Perform AMRAP in 20 Minutes:

  • 5 Power Cleans 135#/95#
  • 7 Burpees
  • 9 Wall Ball 20#/14#

*Partner A Perform 5 Power Cleans, Partner B then performs 7 Burpees, Partner A then performs 9 Wall Balls.  Partners will alternate between each exercises, score each round completed for 20 minutes.
