  • Phase 3 Raises x 10 (Rest 45 Seconds)

WOD:

As a Team and Individually Complete AMRAP in 10 Minutes:

  • Row 200 Meters
  • 1 Thrusters
  • 1 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
  • 2 Thursters
  • 2 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
  • 3 Thrusters
  • 3 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

*Person 1 Rows 200 Meters, other team members perform 1 thurster/1 Pull up then 2 thrusters/2 Pull Ups and so on…  Team members will rotate on the row machine every 200 meters.  Score will be counted as total meters rowed as a team and indivdually how far you complete the thruster/pull up couplet.
