In honor of Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy, who was killed Sunday February 4th during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.

Result: 7 rounds + 7 reps
Today was about doing the Rx’d work rather than banging out the rounds. Was definitely apprehensive about how the shoulder would hold up through the duration of the WOD. Confidence in the shoulder’s ability to handle the work is coming back, slowly. In the end, pleased with the result. With a bit more step and urgency, 10-11 rounds is definitely within reach.
