- 2 min rest
- 1 minto complete 100 meter sprint and max rep snatch
- 2 min rest
- 1:15 100 meter 100 sprint and max rep snatch
- 2 min rest
- 1:15 100 meter sprint and max rep snatch
- 2 min rest
- 1:30 100 meter sprint and max rep snatch
*** First round. will be used as your mark, if you less than your number of snatch, you must complete burpees at the end for your penalty.
