In a Team of 2 Complete:

AMRAP in 2 Minutes:

  • 6 Goblet Squats
  • Resistance Run yrds
  • Long Jump 10 yrds

* Each person will complete 3 rds of the AMRAP only one partner working at a time, while partner A is working partner B is resting and assisting in the resistnace run.  Total rounds equals score.

  • 5 Wall Balls 20#/14#
