Reminder the gym will closed today due to Amazing Grace. Please come out and support this event and the cause it’s going towards. We will be at the Cancer Care Center of Thornton, the address is 9441 Huron St. Thornton, CO. 80260.
If you are registered or planning or participating, athlete check in is at 8 am. Please get there and sign up for a heat to perform the WOD and a heat to judge. We will be hloding a quick Clean & Jerk at 8:30 for those athletes who were unable to make it the other night. In addition if you want to meet the World’s 2nd Strongest Man, Brian Shaw will be out for the event but is only able to stay from 8:30 to 9:30. Opening addresses will begin at 9 am, with a personalized touch as to why we’re putting this event on. The 1st heats are scheduled to begin at 9:15 am

Thanks for letting me participate in your B4B event. I’m sorry we had to split right after my heat but we had training that we were actually late for. I had a good time participating and I hope it was a tremendous success. I look forward to stopping in your gym sometime in the future. I’m sure you are running a really great community.
