Classes are cancelled today, if you must get in a WOD it’s supposed to be a great day run a 5k and every 3 minutes perform 10 Push Ups and 20 Squats.  Come out a show your support for our Surge Family members; Amie, Kelsey, Jason, Glendon and Forrest as they take on the Colorado Open.  The competition is being held at Front Range Functional Fitness, which is located at 1338 South Valentia St #182, Denver, Colorado 80247 (Located in the Parker Road Business Center, next to U-Store-It.
Cross Street of Parker Rd and South Valentia.). Heats will be going on all day, here is a heat schedule for our athletes:

• Kelsey 9 am-3:00 pm
• Amie 9:40 am-3:00 pm
• Jason 1:20 pm- 4:00 pm
• Glendon 1:00 pm- 4:00 pm
• Forrest 1:20 pm- 4:00 pm
