With a Partner Perform AMRAP in 15 Minutes:

  • 10 Supine Row
  • 40 Foot Bear Crawl
  • 40 Foot Standing Broad Jump

*Partner A performs 10 Supine Row, then Partner B performs 40 foot bear crawl, Partner A then performs 40 foot standing broad jump.  This equals 1 round, partners will continue this for a total of 15 minutes.
