Reminder the gym will be closed today, due to the Colorado Open competition at Front Range Functional Fitness.  Please feel free to come on down and cheer and show your support for your fellow Surge Family Members.  Anna and Amie start the day off at 9 am, then Bryce is the first male to go at 12:00 pm.  Followed by Josh who goes in heat 6 at 12:40 and then myself and Glendon go in heat 7 at 1:00 pm.  This event should be fun, we’re excited for all the athletes competing and it would be great to see the rest of the Surge Family this weekend as well.
