  • 50 yrd Suicide Run
  • At the top of the Run lunge back, every 10 yrds perform 10 Push Ups

    I think Pat Sherwood slipped up during his commentary after Saturday’s events were wrapped…he said, “who knows what will come out of the hopper tomorrow”. Maybe we will see the hopper back.

    What a great event it was with those sandbags!
