We have a lot of athletes competing tomorrow at the Lift the Rockies Functional Fitness competition.  In addition we have several more of our Surge Family members competing on Sunday in the Strongman Competition.  Let’s bring the Surge Family together and support each and every athlete this weekend, for several of the athletes it’s their first time competing and having the love and support of the Surge Family always helps.  The event is being held at Defy Functional Fitness, which is located at 6850 W. 116th Ave, Unit A Broomfield, CO 80020.  The set up will be kind of chaotic, there are going to multiple WODs going on inside and out.  Heats times are going to be in 9 am, noon, and 3 pm hour.  For specific heat times for athletes go to  http://www.broomfieldstrongman.com/crossfit/rosters-team-numbers-and-heat-times/.   Sunday’s event will begin at 10 pm, for information regarding the Strongman Competition click on same link listed above and go to the Strongman side of the page.  Good luck to all the athletes and can’t wait to see everyone out there tomorrow!!!
