The gym will be closed Saturday so we can get out and play as a group! The RXdashnbash is a fun partner workout. It will consist of 2 miles of running/jogging and 5 fun WOD’s. It is being held at Sports Authority field and looks like a ton of fun! Get registered now and let’s represent Surge! Make sure to sign up with Surge as your affiliate, and wear your Surge gear! DAY OF SCHEDULE IS HERE!

8:00 AM- 10:45 AM: Packet pick up and registration is open

 

Note on Dash ‘NBash start times:  There will be two waves with multiple heats.
Once your wave has started the heats will be every 10 minutes

How do heats work?
*General warm up for your division begins an hour before the heat.
*We will allow 5 teams at a time to use the functional warm up area right before their heat starts.
*Once you are in the functional warm up queue you have 10 minutes before you start.
*Entrance to the functional warm up queue will be random so be ready!

Wave #1:  Men’s and Co-Ed Division
Warm up: 9-10am
Start: 10am
Heats are composed of 5 teams starting every 10 minutes at 10am.

Wave #2: Women’s Division
Warm up: 10-11am
Start: 11am
Heats are composed of 5 teams starting every 10 minutes at 11am.

WHAT ARE THE WOD(BASH) STATIONS?  We would love to tell you, but we can’t!  We like spontaneity so the stations will only be revealed on the day of. Don’t worry though, we won’t get too technical! Just come ready to Bash through the stations and Dash to the next.
