Just a reminder that the gym hours will be a little off this weekend. We will be competing in the Conquer Denver team competition at the Douglas County Fair Grounds in Castle Rock this Friday and Saturday.  Classes will be as follows

Friday-5:15, 8am Normal classFriday Night-Justin will have the gym open from 4:30-6:30 but there will be NO coached classes. You can come in and do the written WOD of the day.

Saturday- All classes cancelled

Sunday- Open gym from 10-12

We will post the schedule for Conquer ASAP. Of course we would love to see our surge family out to cheer on the team. Athletes competing this weekend are: Glendon, Trevor, J.D, C.J, Brandon, Christina, Kelsey, Holly, Audrey and Court.
