Your mind can be your best friend or your worst enemy.  What you tell or how you talk to yourself during any situation of your life is exactly how you’re going to perceive, react, and perform during the given situation.  We all have certain mantras or saying we tell our selves during times of adversity.  What are some of the things you tell or say to yourself during WODs?  Do you have different sayings for different types of WODs?

Strength/Skill:
6 Sets:

  • 3 Stop Clean Pull + 1 Hi Hang Clean (Full Clean)
  • GHD Sit Ups x 10-12 Reps (Perform every between every other set of clean, so perform 3 total sets of GHD sit ups)
