Just a quick heads to to everyone. Brandon and I will be out of town tomorrow night and Saturday morning for a wedding. The gym will be the the capable and awesome hands of Aaron Hastings! We owe a huge thanks to Aaron for coaching tomorrow and Saturday and allowing us to get away for a few days! Please show Aaron all the respect that you do for us!
