With a Partner Complete the Following for time:

- Run 400 Meters
- 21 KB Swings
- 12 Pull Ups
- 1 Rd
- Run 400 Meters
- 30 Box Jumps
- 30 Wall Balls
- 30 Clean & Jerk
- 1 Rd
- Run 400 Meters
- 30 Box Jumps
- 30 Wall Balls
- 2 Rds
- Run 400 Meters
- 21 KB Swings
- 12 Pull Ups
- 3 Rds
- 5 Pull Ups
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Squats\
*Partners will alternate between exercises. Example; partner A performs 5 Pull Ups, Partner B performs 10 Push Ups, Partner A performs 15 Squats, which equals 1 rd of Cindy, this continues till 3 rds are complete. Only the 30 Clean & Jerks maybe allowed to be broken up among partners, all the other exercises must be completed prior to moving on to the next exercise.
