With a Partner Perform AMRAP in 10 Minutes

  • 10 Push Ups
  • Sprint 20m
  • 5 Ball Slams
  • Sprint 20m

*Partners will alternate rounds.  Partner A will go through the entire round while partner B rests.  Once partner A returns from the seconds 20m sprint, partner B will then perform the entire round.
