After the Strength Seminar the other week we’ve been putting some thought into a Saturday Strength Class. This class will focus specifically on technique and progressions that were discussed during the seminar. Class time will be from 10:30-11:30 and will last for one hour, in addition the program will last for 6-weeks and will cost $75.00. We’re going to limit available spots for this class to ensure that everyone receives the optimal amount of attention. Hi Guys, I’d be interested for sure!! Can you let me know the dates this class will run. As you know Saturdays are rough for me, my issue is swimming and swim meets so I just need to check the schedule to make sure I would be able to attend on the designated Saturdays. I am also interested. Saturday morning is bad for me as well. Would you consider possibly doing something in the morning between the 515 class and the 8 class? I know you have tried this time in the past and it hasn’t worked well, however I would commit to a strength training class so I could continue to come in the evening for workouts.
