Two weeks ago we attended a Whole9 nutrition seminar and learned a ton.  Next week we are going to hold a 2 part nutrition workshop, and hopefully be able to share some of the great information we learned.  With that being said, we have held numerous nutrition seminars and would love some feed back.  For those of you who have attended a seminar of ours what are some of the things you enjoyed hearing about, and what are some of the things you’d like to hear or learn more about?  For those of you who haven’t attended a seminar of ours what are some things you would want us to cover or perhaps help answer for you?  Please post to comments.
