Sorry it is a day late but we want to say a big congrats to Joe, Mark and Jeff who all got their first muscle up yesterday. Joe seemed to be happy but we need to harass him and let him know that is is a big deal! Mark, I am really glad that you didn’t pull both of your shoulders out of the sockets on the first try! Nice job getting back up there and getting it done. Sorry we didn’t get it on video. Jeff, congrats on making your goal of getting your muscle up by the end of the month!!!
