WOD:

  • Run 400 Meters
  • 1 min rest
  • 5:00 AMRAP of Squats
  • 4:00 AMRAP of  Push ups
  • 3:00 AMRAP of  Sit ups
  • 2:00 AMRAP of  Pull ups
  • 1:00 AMRAP of   Burpees
  • 1 min rest
  • Run 400 Meters

Score will be the total reps done of each exercise divided by the seconds it took to run the 2  400’s.

Coaches Thoughts! Although everyone was worried about the 5 min of squats, they didn’t seem to turn out as bad as thought! Today was a a nice change and bit of a mental challenge as well! I know that the push ups turned out to be the hardest of the set. I was very proud of the effort put in today and the attitudes that were brought to the gym today! My athlete of the day goes to Jeff. This was only Jeff’s 2nd WOD, and he did great, even kept up with the fast guys in the 400!  The 5 pm class was all guys, which is rare, but there was a awesome competition on the run, with quite a few athletes putting up times of 1:07!

    Burpees completed after doing the timed exercises at home. Wasn’t able to make it to the gym. I even got my brother to do the majority of the workout with me! 🙂

    43 done earlier tonight. Then on to a night of eating happy, fattening food knowing I “earned” it.
