Coaches Thoughts: First and foremost Happy Birthday to Jake, who did awesome at the WOD. I wish I had videoΒ of Jake doing the crab walk, his speed was insane! Today was meant to be fun, and new exercises that we don’t do often coupled with some lifts! Other than the issues with “understanding” the WOD, today was great. We were happy to have Matt in from Kansas who is a long time friend of Josh’s. Matt you did great and we look forward to having you with us for a few more days!
