  • 1 minto complete 100 meter sprint and max rep snatch
  • 2 min rest
  • 1:15 100 meter 100 sprint and max rep snatch
  • 2 min rest
  • 1:15 100 meter sprint and max rep snatch
  • 2 min rest
  • 1:30 100 meter sprint and max rep snatch
