Haha that video is hilarious! That should totally be a thing….with a 100 cheerleaders buy in of course 😉

I love most music, and love working out to almost anything. I like the variety. I love high energy pop, rock, anything. Except 80’s butt-rock (sorry Edna!) 🙂

My favorites, like what I work out to most at home, would be the usuals like Rage Against the Machine, Eminem, any pop, those types. What i really like to work out to is punk. My favorites are NOFX, Pennywise, AFI, Green Day, Rancid, those types.
    Fun question, I love music!

    I want my 3:08 back!

I like music that makes me want to do something illegal. Hip-hop is my #1 choice. MOP is the stuff for wod’ing.

    I Love that video!!

I have different music for different workouts…
Songs around 180 bpm for running
Songs around 190 – 200 bpm for sprinting and cycling
And then songs with a heavier beat for lifting like Busta Rhymes – “Put your hands where my eyes can see” or my current favorite Rage Valley EP – “Sleaze” feat Mistajam 😀

    Specific enough for ya?!

Dance walking WOD in the near future??? I agree w/ Natahan. I like the stuff that just makes me want to rage! Hip-hop gangsta rap for WOD’s, country and the rest is for the car!
