Have you been working your tail off in the gym and not quite seeing the body composition improvements you’ve been wanting to see?  Or would you like to take your performance to the next level?  This Thursday  at 6:30 pm, we are holding the 1st part of our two part nutritional workshop.  Nutrition is the foundation not only for athletic performance, but also for improving over all health.  Therefore come in prepared with questions, bring a friend, family member, or loved one.  No matter what your goals, this workshop will help immensely to getting you towards improved health and athletic performance.
